Fortitude Fitness Centre gives you the opportunity to test yourself both mentally and physically. Whether you are an elite athlete or just trying to lose a few pounds, you will be amazed what you can achieve. Our Fitness Centre is run by professional fitness instructors, who will ensure you make the most of your session whatever your goal.

 

The assault course consists of Walls, Monkey Bars, Over and Under's, Parallel Bars, Rope Climbs, Water Runs, Ditch Jumps, Tunnels, Hangover Walls, Cargo Nets, Ring Traverse, Woodland Trail Course and some MUD.
