Jason Weston
Obstacle technique and high intensity Assault Course Training
Jason has always had a passion for fitness. From the age of 6 years old he started racing motocross, one of the most demanding sports there is, and he soon found that fitness was the key to success. He has been involved in various different sports including boxing, martial arts and also played rugby for Cambridge. Jason is the owner and director of Fortitude. He designed and built the Assault Course, so he has great knowledge and experience with obstacle technique.
Sam Baker

Sam has worked as a personal trainer since 2011 and believes in training your body to be socially, mentally, and physically healthy. Being a fitness enthusiast since a young age he has tried many approaches from weight training to high intensity cardio training and long distance endurance races and is also an Ironman.
Kevin Kersley
Ex Royal Marine, Level 3 PT, Mountain Survival Expert, Weightlifting Coach.
Having recently finished a six year career as a Royal Marine Commando Mountain Leader, operating as part of the UK’s Surveillance and Reconnaissance Squadron, Kevin picked up some excellent experience operating in arduous conditions leading large groups of marines through mountainous terrain. Here he uses the mountaineering and climbing qualifications gained in the Royal Marines to guide you through adventurous activities and survival training that pushes you physically and mentally.
Lou Carter
Lou's passion for fitness has seen her enjoy a variety of training disciplines over the years, including netball, korfball, weights, running, cycling and obstacle course training. Now a level 3 personal trainer, fitness instructor and senior fitness specialist, Lou delivers tailored, individual or small group PT sessions at FFC and surrounding area's along with bootcamps.
