What is the youngest ages of a child that can take part?
Our course is adjustable for different age ranges.
The younges age is 6 years old on the main course but we can create a course for 4 year old for birthday parties.
How hard is the course?
The course designed for all abilities, yes it's challenging but we are here to help you. The oldest person to complete the course is 72 years young.
Will I get any help/advice?
At every session there is qualified instructor to show you the correct technique where required, and prove to you that it’s not all about height or physical strength!
Do I have to complete EVERY obstacle?
No. all obstacles are optional, but conqour your fears and achieve great things, you will feel amazing after you have done it. We are on station to help you get around.
Is it muddy?
Hell Yeah!!!!! It's an assault course. There are certain water and mud obstacles but these can be avoided if need be.
What facilities do you have on site?
We have a toilet and changing room on site. The spa will be completed next year!
Are there showers on site?
A Hose pipe, the water is warm in the summer.
Can I get a refund due to illness/injury/unavoidable issue?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However – and provided you give us 24 hours notice prior to your booked session commencing - we will allow you to switch to another session of your choice (this must be a like-for-like switch, to a session of the same monetary value).
What time should I arrive for the session?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your session starting, this allows time to complete a Disclaimer form and pay (if not already done so online).
What do I need to bring on the day?
A change of warm/dry clothes + a towel for after the session. A water. And some STRENGTH, COURAGE AND DETERMINATION.
What if I get hurt?
Health & Safety is the number one priority at Fortitude Fitness Centre, so all obstacles are checked prior to every session to ensure you don’t get hurt. In the unlikely event that you do get injured, each instructor is first aid trained and we have an extensive first aid kit on site.
Can friends and family come and watch?
Yes of course as long as they cheer everybody on.
